Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

 • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day after receipt of the product.(This period is not a trial period.)

2. Eligible Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 • The product item or quantity does not match the order

 • The product was damaged during shipping

 • The product itself is defective

3.Non-Eligible Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 • Returns not due to product defects or incorrect shipment, where the product packaging or seal has been opened or the product has been used.

 • Incomplete products, packaging, accessories, or promotional gifts.

4. Return Notes

 • Please include the invoice when returning the product (or follow system instructions as applicable).
