Invoice Information
• Transactions completed on the official online shopping platform are subject to electronic invoice issuance by a partnered third-party platform and its e-invoice service provider, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Electronic invoices will be issued after the product is shipped and provided based on the option selected at checkout, including:
• Sent to the email address provided in the order
• Stored in the member account’s electronic invoice carrier for future reference
• If a corporate (tax ID) electronic invoice is required, please enter the correct company name and tax ID number during checkout. Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be modified.
• All electronic invoice operations (issuance, cancellation, allowances) are handled in accordance with the regulations of the platform and the Ministry of Finance.
• For any invoice-related inquiries, please contact customer service, and the Company will assist with further processing.
